By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including data protection standards and online safety protocols. TitanHaul operates in accordance with international compliance requirements to ensure a safe and secure user experience.
User Responsibilities
Users are required to act lawfully and refrain from violating any local, national, or international laws while using our services. Any misuse of our platform that breaches compliance policies may result in account suspension or legal action.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
In case of disputes, we adhere to strict legal frameworks and offer fair resolution processes. All disputes will be governed by the laws. By using our services, you acknowledge acceptance of these terms and agree to their enforcement.

1. Service Scope
TitanHaul provides transport, loading/unloading, rigging assistance, and related logistics planning. Specialty services (e.g., hydra lifts, crate building) may require separate quotes, permits, and safety briefings.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable to enter contracts. Business customers represent that the signer is duly authorized. We may request identification or letters of authorization before dispatch.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are based on declared inventory, floor access, lift timings, and distance. Variations on the day (e.g., extra items, stair carries, waiting time, re-routing) may adjust the final invoice after your approval.
4. Booking & Deposits
Times are confirmed after written acceptance and, when applicable, a deposit. If permits or society NOCs are required, dispatch depends on timely approvals. Unforeseen civic restrictions may force rescheduling.
5. Rescheduling & Cancellations
You may reschedule subject to fleet availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of dispatch may incur a fee to cover allocated crew, fuel, and opportunity costs. Force majeure waives such fees.
6. Access & Site Preparation
Please ensure safe access: clear corridors, available lifts during slot windows, and parking permissions. Where conditions are unsafe, crew may pause work until hazards are mitigated.
7. Customer Obligations
You agree to provide accurate addresses, contact numbers, item lists, and handling notes (e.g., centre of gravity, fragile surfaces). You also agree to obtain any required building permissions.
8. Prohibited Items
We do not carry hazardous materials, illegal goods, live animals, or perishable cargo requiring cold-chain control, unless expressly agreed and compliant with law.
9. Liability & Limits
TitanHaul exercises reasonable care and uses industry-standard padding and strapping. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the invoice value of the affected service or statutory minimums. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (business interruption, lost profits, or special damages).
10. Claims & Inspection
Any concerns must be reported as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs, access for inspection, and relevant documentation to assess and resolve the issue promptly.
11. Payments & Taxes
Invoices are payable as stated in the quote or job card. Government taxes and fees apply as per law. Late payments may attract administrative charges or interest as permitted by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
